OUR COUNSELLING AND PSYCHOTHERAPY FEES
The Ottawa Therapy Group aims to provide services to the Ottawa region at an accessible rate. Our standard therapy fees are $200.00 per therapeutic hour. Individual therapists’ fees may vary based on therapist credentials and experience.
INSURANCE COVERAGE
The psychotherapy and counselling services provided by Ottawa Therapy Group are covered by most insurance companies and insurance plans. At the end of each appointment, you will receive a receipt from a Registered Psychologist / Registered Social Worker for the psychotherapy services provided by your therapist. Please know that insurance companies generally only cover a portion of the cost of psychotherapy (typically about 80% of the costs). It is important for clients to contact their insurance provider to verify the type and amount of coverage in their benefits plan. Counselling and therapy costs are not covered by the Ontario Health Insurance Plan (OHIP).
